5 day old chick impacted crop?

I think my chicks crop might be impacted.... I'm new to this ... But my friend was watching them this weekend while I was out of town. I picked them up tonight and she was doing her neck in s like motion... And her right side is lopsided.... Help!!! What do I do? Give olive oil?

she also won't lie down to sleep... And her lump feels squishy.

It sounds like she has a sour crop, not impacted.

You can try feeding her plain yogurt and Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) in her water for now and see if it goes down.

Yes I think it is sour crop bc it's squishy.... I did make her vomit last night but it was still swollen afterwards.... She actually started moving around a bit... But wouldn't STOP peeping.... I'll try yogurt and AVC thanks

Peeping it good, I wouldn't make her vomit again. Just keep her eating and moving around. Mix the yogurt with some chick feed until it is mushy and feed that to her.

Also a warm bath sometimes helps just make sure to dry her afterwards with a blow dryer or something similar.

She's not any better this morning.... I just ask my vet if he could treat and he said no... I think the Monistat is my best hope at this point..I've never tried to give a chick meds with a syringe...I tried to google it. Do I go to the left of throat?

I am sorry, hopefully someone else knows the answer. I never ended up giving shots to my chickens, so I don't know how to do it.

Can my day old chick who just hatched have this?
She hasn't eaten anything and threw up brown stuff, the first time it was clear and foamy. She wakes but doesn't open her eyes. She flops around a bit but should be up by now. Please help!
