5 day old chick question.

We are giving her most of a Vitamin E capsule 2-3 times a day and roughly 25 mcg of selenium 2-3 times a day, also we have been adding electrolytes in her water (pedialyte)
I would eliminate the Selenium. 25mcg is too much once a day for a chick, much less 2-3 times a day.

Since you have Vitamin E, give her 400IU a day. Give her a bit of egg daily.
It would also be good to give her some B1 - this can be given as human B-Complex - crush up 1/4 tablet and add it to her feed.

Do you have poultry vitamins that contain Vitamin E and B1 (Thiamine). Poultry Nutri-Drench or Poultry Cell would be good to give. A chick that small I would give 2-3 drops twice a day for a few days to see if that helps.
To be honest, I would not give a chick that age any Selenium - it's in their feed and if you feel they need more for the uptake of E, then giving her a little scrambled egg would provide plenty.
Selenium can be overdosed and toxic to chickens.

Ok I’ll stop the selenium...I made her scrambled which she ate over the course of the day and the vitamin e&b1...should I spread out the dose of E over a few applications? Or all in one session?
Thx

Our chick has gotten much worse within 24 hours!!!! any other ideas?
I'm sorry that she's getting worse.
I would be inclined to stop the vitamins for a few days to see if that makes a difference. Give her plain fresh water and encourage her to eat.

Things have not gotten any better for this chick, it’s been 2 weeks...I’m wondering what the long term of this situation is...has anyone had a chick grow to full grown with this and manage or do I cull? She seems to be able to eat and drink do we just keep up with the treatments?
