I am totally new to turkeys this year. I got five poults and two of them are supposed to be going to my friend in a few days. Today, I noticed a problem with one of the turkeys. She has a crusty area underneath one eye. I can't see any nasal drainage. Would this be a symptom of a respiratory problem?

This is a BBW turkey picked up from Meyer Hatchery five days ago. They are housed in a large rubbermaid bin on paper towels so far. Using a Premier heat lamp and turkeys are evenly spread out and seem comfortable with no drafts. Feeding Hiland Naturals turkey starter which has 26% protein content. Feeding and watering with standard chick waterer/feeders that have the jar on top. I have been cleaning the brooder, waterer, and feeder twice daily. We have chickens, but the turkeys have had no contact with them. All turkey equipment was cleaned and sanitized prior to use. I don't see any issues with the four other turkeys at this time.
