5 ducks, 25 weeks old - only one laying ???

I got 5 ducks (and 2 ganders) end of April, they are 25 1/2 weeks old now. 2 of them are indian runners, 1 swedish, 1 white layer hybrid and 1 brown layer hybrid. One of them is laying for about 3 weeks now, I am pretty sure that it is one of the runners. I get about 4-5 eggs a week. She lays 2 or 3 days in a row and then takes 1 or 2 days off. So what about the other ones, when will they start laying???? Very anxious since I LOVE those duck eggs and was really hoping to get more.

In my personal experience my runners always matured quicker then some of the other breeds. They are all still relatively young and may just need a few more weeks to catch up. Are you sure all of your ducks are female?
