Can anyone tell me where I can get the 5% Ivermectin drop-on oil?
Do I need to buy the 'pour-on' "cattle" Ivermectin?
Also, I wormed everyone today with Piparizine-17...........and folks have told me to
do the 'same' worming again in 10 days. But others have told me to worm in 10 days
with Ivermectin.
Which is it?
Or........can I worm again in 10 days with Piparizine, and then 'again', 10 days later, with the Ivermectin.........?
for a total of 3 wormings?
Vet tech from NJ Dept of Ag told me they are seeing lots and lots of roundworm infestations lately.
And, folks on this forum often suggest doing a probiotic mash for the 10 days between each worming.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought probiotics are taken (or given) during and after a course of 'antibiotics'........as the antibiotics
kill the good bacterial gut flora as well as the bad bacteria............so the probiotics help replace them.
Not sure what probiotics have to do with worming meds..........can someone explain?
