5 MONTH OLD CHICKEN LOOKING VERY UNWELL

I would offer the foods, water, and vitamins as recommended. With her age, and her symptoms, I would be concerned with possible coccidiosis, or even Mareks disease if she shows more problems with balance or walking. Coccidiosis symptoms are lethargy, runny poops, standing around hunched or fluffed up, and no appetite. Treatment is amprollium (amprol, coxoid) and may be available as Harkers Coxoid or obtained from a vet in the UK. Hopefully it is not Mareks disease, but here is some info about that:

An infestation of lice or mites can cause anemia and can severely weaken a bird. It's also possible that she has another condition that weakened her and made her attractive to the lice/mites, it often happens that a sick bird will also have lice/mites. So treat her, and the coop, with an effective product, monitor her for improvement, if you have some poultry nutri drench give some of that to give her a boost.

If any animal has diahrea or not drinking it's an added & declining evil also. They will Need replenishing with fluids as often not drinking.eg. diabetic syringe from pharmacy (needle removed), open beak & into side of mouth small amt. multi-vit with Iron may replenish her iron loss from mites. If not eating not good. Any cooked mashed veg. tempting? Other mite treatment.

Unfortunately she died over night :( i have no idea what it was, the rest of the flock is fine (though the big brother was upset for a while) noone else has shown signs of illness and she only showed symptoms that morning and died within 24 hours.. Maybe because she was a bit smaller? She hadn't been growing as much as the other chicks but I don't know, I feel really bad about it
