5 month old pullet took a bite out of 3 week old chick, should I be doing anything else?

The chicks were pecking at the wound before I separated her ( I separated her about 5 minutes after it happened), which makes me hesitant to even think of putting them all together again.

Yea you dont want her to have red coloring on her when shes with the other chicks. Chickens are attracted heavily to red and will peck at it not trying to hurt her just because its red- they make blue hen salve stuff that you can apply to cover the red up once it scabs over and begins to heal.
