5 month old pullet took a bite out of 3 week old chick, should I be doing anything else?

If you haven't used it yet, I would recommend using the hydrogen peroxide rinse, let it sit there for a minute or two. You wanna see it foam up, that mean it's killing the bacteria, it will also help to seal the wound quicker.

Yes I agree with Tonyroo. You want it to foam up and close up without getting infected. Peroxide will help with that. Once it's dried up the others won't peck on the injuired fella. If blood is visible naturally pecking is promoted.
The pic is mine after injuiry 😬. All healed up in 3-4 days.

I’m not positive I want to try Hydrogen Peroxide. I’ve heard lots of people say it isn’t good for the bird, I’ve heard many more say it puts the bird in more pain, and I’m already using an anti microbial spray. And, I’ve gotten peroxide in my eyes before, and I don’t want to accidentally make my chick got through that horrible pain, since the wound is so close to her face.

A suggestion so she is not totally alone and to keep the others from pecking it.....

Put a wire divider in the brooder with her on one side and the rest on the other. Food and water on each side of course.
I would, but that’s not really doable in my current brooder. Here is a picture for reference:

The heat plate takes up a lot of space, in a brooder that isn’t all too big to begin with. The injured one is almost completely feathered in, and isn’t using the heat plate anymore thankfully, so she is fine in her pet carrier without any extra heat.
