5 new babies, ? mom take care of showing them water/food

Im a brand new gma of 5 babies with 4 to go. They are in a small cage, see pic, with their mom. When and can i let them out and also does the hen lead them to water?? or do I help????

THANK YOU, I'm a nervous wreck!!

I have been checking the babes every 2 hrs or so, they have fresh water and are inside the coop where its warm, we have snow here and wind. I need to buy chick starter so am on my way to town, hate to leave them LOL. They are in a box with sides should i cut one side down so they can get in and out????
