Before my blood preasure hits a new high are these a CochinXSilkie? I ordered Frizzle and thought I was getting Cochin Frizzle and not CochinXSilkie Frizzle.

(Before I blame the egg seller am I just missing something?)

Note: the Ringneck Pheasant is from a different supplier.

The cartin clearly says "Frizzle"

This very handsome fella is from my sizzle breeding. For a sizzle, he did NOT make the cut (having inherited almost all cochin vs silkie characteristics), although I love his colouring. At the moment he is on Yard Candy Duty, and will eventually move to the laying flock (Guard Duty) and Bug Patrol.

A number of frizzle breeders are also working on sizzles, so it seems likely that the breeder you purchased from is as well. I would contact him/her and clarify the issue. While many people want sizzles or silkies, if that is not what you ordered, then that is not what should have been sent.

Lavender cochins

I did a little back ground research on my egg supplier and found out she sells Lavender cochins and the chicks are lavender.

maybe I'm working up myself for nothing.

Ha! Another person who thinks silkies and showgirls are ugly! I just gave away my silkie pair that I hatched out of some extra eggs that were sent to me. My silkie hen never sat on eggs and they weren't completely ugly but I still didn't want them. I like Polish a lot better, lol.
