I would look into getting a sulfa drug as soon as possible. If you have a vet, they can prescribe it and you'll be able to start it sooner than if you have to order it. If you have any left over from a prescription you or someone in your family were prescribed, you can use that.

We don't have a vet abd we almost never use antibiotics in our humans so there isn't any there either I can check tractor supply in the morning, but I doubt she is going to make it that long. I syringe fed her and put her back with her flockmates because her closest mate was missing her.

I'm so sorry. I wish I was more helpful. I don't believe TSC carries Sulfa drugs unfortunately. I hope I'm wrong about that, but I know they didn't carry anything like that when I needed it a couple of years ago. The time I needed it, I was lucky enough to find a few tablets at a farm store a few towns away that actually sold it by the tablet. Those few tablets got my birds by until the meds I ordered were delivered.
I can tag more help in hopes of them having something to add in regards to treatment options.

Id never successfully got them to live either. Last batch i had the entire bunch was stunted because of the feed i was using as that was the only difference from the other bin i had that grew fine

We hatched 6. One had a neurological issue and I culled after 24 hours of no improvement. Another ingested the coffee ground bedding that said it was safe for chicks and died. This is the third of 6 to die. 2 of them are healthy and strong. I'm wondering if my roo had crappy genetics.
The one labeled #1 is the tiny one who is still hanging in there. #3 is the one that died last night and 2 is there hatchmate. All the same dad but different moms.

This is the age where a chick sometimes becomes constipated. When you have one chick out of the entire bunch, or two at most, suddenly behave this way, I suspect constipation before I consider other causes.

I suggest chilling some coconut oil ans feeding a bunch of tiny pieces to the chick and the other one behaving similarly.
