5 week old chick no feathers??

My chicks are 5 weeks old and this one still hasn't feathered out yet. The rest of the flock have all their feathers and this one is still fuzzy. Any clue what breed it is??? It is yellowish with a smokey grey on its back. And light greyish yellow legs. . Only 4 toes on each foot.

It has some puffy cheeks so it could be an Easter Egger. The legs look a bit greenish too which points EE. You can see some feathers coming in under the fuzz. In a matter of a week and a half it'll have plenty of feathers. If it's an EE it might be a roo, light colored EE's more often turn out to be roos than pullets. Another 5-6 weeks and you'll have more indications if it's pullet or roo.

It might just be a late blooming easter egger roo. Usually the males feather out much slower

It's just odd that my other EE are feathered out. We will see.
