5 week old chicken not growing

It may just be that your incubators humidity is wrong. It would normally change every time the weather changes. We have a chicken that is about 5 weeks old and is half the size of the silkie bantams that are the same age as her. Because of the humidity she also has a retarded foot (not trying to be mean).

They are all the same age and she's not really growing... We call her "buttons"
She may die (we think) and I think that's just the nature of it sometimes

Is your chick still alive? We have a little black copper maran that is like yours. She seems very healthy and active. She was normal size when she hatched.

Cool, I was hoping you would say that. We have gotten alittle attached to our Tiny. Yours looks like it has the same sort of round body as ours does. Tiny is a black copper maran, what is Buttons?

Our Tiny turned out to be a he. He is still doing well. How is your Buttons doing? I am alittle worried about Tiny, because it kinda feels like his internal stuff is growing, but his structure is not.
