5 week old easter egger, is it a boy?

A day or two ago the comb was under the fluff of Pueo’s head and the next day it looked like this. I’ve heard that 3 rows is 100% male… I hope this one isn‘t a cockerel, this is my most outgoing and friendly chick.

I think it's a pullet based on the even color pattern. Male EEs usually have patchy coloring.
