Trying to figure out if TSC lied to me about this one being a Hen.

Any thoughts

Did you get more then one of that breed? Hard to compare with just one. Looks boyish though.
Are you SURE it is only 5 weeks old?

Them are some thick legs too.

I got 3 other of them from the same hatch, they all have a lot of brown on them and not a lot of comb or waddle growth.

My pullet is a golden brown in color. That one looks light to me. ISA brown are sex links they may have given you something different. Were they sold straight run? Also has a lot of comb for that age to be pullet.

Here it is standing next to one of the other ones, they were sold as sexed pallets, but with such a difference it makes me wonder

The same thing happened to me. The cute fluffy yellow chicks are boys. That is definitely a roo.

Looking at them together screams boy.

Man what a downer. I am sorry you drew the short straw. (Unless you want a boy)
if its a boy that makes 3 out of the 12 chicks i got boys (4BAs 2 girls 2 Boys, 4 Isa Brown 3 girls 1 boy?? 4 california whites all girls)
