5 week old pullet. Breed guesses please??

Andalusians do not have tufts, and have a solid grey/blue grey leg.
And this bird's shape does not look Andalusian to me. It's too...something else.

I'm sorry, but I am just not seeing blue like an Andalusian in this bird (unless my monitor or my eyes are off)...it's not a solid black, but it's not a true blue either...although technically I guess blue is just diluted black, which it is a diluted black. Steel grey???

It's a mix alright.

Should be a pretty bird. I'd be interested in hearing what the hatchery says. (If they know).

I saw a bunch of BA cockerels a couple of months ago and this one just reminded me of them in shape. That's why I didn't say I thought it is one, just that it overall reminded me of one. It has an interesting color for sure!

I was also thinking more of a gunmetal grey than the usual blue. It's a mystery for sure!

Thanks everyone for the guesses! I'll try emailing a picture to Meyer Hatchery and see what they say.

Well, to throw another curve ball into this mystery of a chicken..could it be a Crevecoeur cross? They are supposed to be all black. Roos with a v-shaped comb and a both sexes with a beetle green sheen as they mature, but hatchery ones sometimes have white tipping on wings or tails. They have a crest that generally sweeps back rather than all over like other crested breeds. This guy came from Ideal.

This is one of my hatchery crev. roos., top a few months old and bottom at about 5 to 6 months. His legs are slate gray with a yellowish tinge and the bottoms of his feet are yellowish. He's way off of the Crev.SOP though.
