52 Week Money Challenge. Who wants to join in?

I am using a 3-pound peanut butter jar that I washed out.

Actually, it is a 4-lb. jar and it lasts a lot longer than that around here! I do have 5 children under 8 who love PBJ sandwiches, but I don't feed them that more than once a week, usually. I like to make Buckeyes, which take a good bit of PB so that is why I had that size jar, although it is much cheaper to buy it that way, and it doesn't go bad, so why not?

I am just starting this week. I know I needed to put $21 in, but I had some extra (which doesn't happen often!) so I put in $57!

What are Buckeyes? Sorry I'm off subject but had to ask. Yay on the extra! We just found out that our son has some medical problems that will probably take every bit of extra we have for the next little while so am not sure whether I will be able to continue this or not.

Sorry to hear about your son. I hope it's nothing serious.

That's the thing. We don't know; the doctors don't know. We were just warned it would be a LOT of testing and could take months to diagnose much less treat. Thanks for the hugs.

Anyway on a brighter note: recipe, please!!! These look wonderful.
