5day old silkie crooked neck and now unable to move

After treating her, hold her close and talk softly to her. More often than not, this is a bonding situation, and you will be hers forever.
I've got so many things going on right now between this hatch having so many problems and 3 grandbabies and my mom ill now idk if I am coming or going!
The little baby is getting out from under heat plate eating and drinking but stands a lot under it sleeping....if even tries to go to sleep whenever I am syringe feeding it!

This chick is not pulling its own weight. It's likely on the "failure" end of failure-to-thrive. You need to be prepared for it to fail in spite of all you're trying to do. I've been through this a few times, and it's very heart breaking.

What I do is to set a goal and a day. If the chick is not improving but losing ground instead, I euthanize.

Really? Does it end up just crying loudly all the time or unable to walk or what signs should I look for other than what it's currently doin?

The signs are all there this is a failure to thrive chick. If the chick is going to make it, you will see it improve from this point on. If the chick is not going to make it, it will decline from this point, no matter what you do.

In fairness to yourself and your sanity, as overwhelmed with life as you are, I would set Friday as the reckoning day. If the chick shows improvement each day from this minute on, then by Friday, it should be obvious it's likely going to make it. If no progress is occurring, by Friday you will know this with virtual certainty. Then you will take the necessary steps to end this ordeal for both you and the chick.

This is not easy. But setting these goals and knowing what you will do, and knowing that one way or another that this struggle will end on Friday, come what may, will be very helpful in keeping yourself from falling off the edge.

@azygous @Wyorp Rock
Now I have 3 that are kicking their legs up like this...two have shown NO signs of wry neck at all.
Here's a quick video that shows it.
What is this?
I'm still alternating poultry cell and nutridrench, vit e liquid from capsule with a tiny bit of selenium to help.absorb it better. They are getting 2 or 3 capsule of the vit e between 5 chicks per day. They are still getting corid in their water...on day 3 I believe.

Have you examined very closely the bottoms of the feet and between the toes? That leg motion is what I see when a chicken has crusty goop between the toes or a scab on the leg that they sense and are trying to shake it off by kicking backward with the leg.

I call it the "azygous rule" when one chick is behaving a certain way, it is probably an internal problem, but when multiple chicks are behaving in the same manner, it's more likely to be environmental. Perhaps they've got food between the toes or wet bedding on their feet.

Ok I'll examine em each more closely and see....they have been stepping in wet food with vitamins. I may need to soak their feet to get it off safely?
