5day old silkie crooked neck and now unable to move

That's great! If it's liquid form, you can put a drop on the right side of her beak so she can drink some directly. Chicks at this age can die very quickly.

I have rheumatoid so trying to do that is so dang hard with my messed up hands and those itsy bitsy little beaks!

Just saw her go drink! I'm so thankful!!!
I've tried 4 hatches to get this color and only 6 hatched and 1 didn't make it out if 20 shipped eggs!!!

The little chick has started kicking its leg up and back as it walks...could this be neurological damage instead of wry neck?
Or is this a symptom of coccidiosis or something else I may have going on with this hatch?

It can be a form of "wry neck" which doesn't always present with the classic star gazing. Continue with the E and B complex, and you should see improvement as soon as a few hours. Use all of a gel cap of the E if you aren't already giving that much.

I gave all 5 of them the vit e .... 3 of the capsules since Friday. And vit B to all of them as well.
So the kicking its leg is related to the wry neck?

Can't say for sure, but I've had this in a couple of my chickens, and it's come across with some very unusual symptoms, not just the classic neck issue. The vitamin E works like magic. But give it with selenium or with egg for complete absorption. It's fat soluble unlike the B-complex whis is water soluble, so it needs help getting it into her fat tissues where it does its work.
