I have checked for fertile eggs locally, you folks in Nor Cal are my closest option. I'm only getting 1 fertilized egg a day from the wyandottes, not much to hatch there.Ask your local grocery store if they can get fertile eggs for you? Or put an eggs wanted on craigslist? I'm not sure how fertile ts eggs would ship.

I get both extremes here, lucky me. 100+ in the summer, right now it is in the low 20's, everything is frozen solid. I have to have 2 waterers for each pen or pack them all into the garage or laundry room at night. When I got my last eggs shipped to me in August it was 108°.I receive fertile eggs year round.....have not had a problem...I really worry more about high temps.................
