Thanks - can't take credit as I didn't breed them, just got lucky to have them.I love your BRs they are gorgeous!
Mr BR was about 5m & his entire tail & back feathers had been ripped out by I suppose his dad or uncle,
so through a long chain of events I ended up w/ the Trio you see. His tail isn't nearly as nice as 2yr old HBR roo I've seen,
not sure it ever will be, but it came back in nicer after his natural fall moult so I should get more recent pics.
After nursing him all late winter etc. I'm *really like to see some chicks in 2014, News Years Day would be esp. nice.
but unless the girls get w/ the plan in the next day or so its a pipe dream. (They haven't even re-started laying yet)
Looks like it will be the shipped eggs & some empty spaces, don't you just hate the lonely empty spaces in a hot bator ;P
Although I have 2 EE pullets laying (1 m & 2m into laying) & a new jr CL roo arrives Sat sooo maybe they will be his welcoming committee
& a few green eggs will happen into those empty spots...never know where those green eggs might migrate too do ya!
