Is anyone doing staggered hatching?

we were going to throw in some button quail eggs 5 days after the chicken eggs had been in there...then decided, well, better not. each breed needs something different. but I don't think that's considered staggered hatching.

we are not.

I guess you can see how excited I am on instagram...all I keep doing is posting pictures of my eggs!!! haha!

Woohoo !! Won both auctions. The bator is gonna be topped off this year. Seramas and Cochins both! Hoping to raise them and sell the eggs (for hatching). Maybe show the Cochins. soo excited!! Haha you should have seen me bouncing off the walls waiting for the second to bid. I swear I cleaned the incubator twenty times in anticipation. Jeez I'm helpless

Not yet but I will after January. I usually stagger hatch until August.

Wow!!! they will be gorgeous!!! so xcited for you!!! the more we post the more crazy I get! my empty bator sitting in my room is just driving me bonkers!!

then again, every now and then I go downstairs, open my egg cartons, and stare at my eggs, or hold one or two, imagining how great of a chick they would be and their possible potentials.

Well, I have some in the bator (as a fertility check) dec 5th, so if they are fertile, yes!

I put in the tracking number and all it says is "shipping info received dec 4"

Usually when I have a package that says that it hasn't actually been shipped yet, just had the label purchased. I hope this isn't the case on yours. I would definitely call the PO tomorrow and ask if they can do the lookup for you and find out exactly where it is. As said above they can get lots more detailed info than what is showed when you look at the tracking yourself.
