OH Chocolate!!!!!!!! I really want some Chocolate Wyandottes or Orpingtons. Anything in chocolate will do just fine actually.

Me too, I wanted some blrw and found someone who was also selling chocolates. Had to get them!

Ohh I like chocolates too! Aren't they expensive since they're kindarare? Or am I thinking of chocolate orpingtons?

They're not too expensive. I've seen a few breeders with chocolate wyandottes and orpingtons. Some very nice stock too!

I will be one of the late ones I am afraid. My eggs shipped out Saturday and still haven't arrived. We can't even get out of the driveway because of all the ice, and more is forecasted tonight. Heres to hoping I get them tommorrow.

My eggs arrived today YAY all arrived safely and I even gots 8 extras

. We got White, Blue, Black, Splash and Paint Silkies. These were a gift for my 11year old DD. She was so excited opening them all up so careful so she didn't shake them. She is asking to put the incubator in her room so she can hatch them. I think I just might do it.

i was hoping my banty cochin hen would have started laying by now 30+weeks so i can hatch her eggs and nothing

I'm in the same boat with the Silkied Ameraucana's aren't laying over 30 weeks and have had a light on for over a week, with my luck they will lay a week after set time. On the brighter side my Wheaten Ameraucana's are laying again and I started collecting eggs from them, now the the other question "Who's the Daddy, Wheaten Marans or Splash Silkied Ameraucana" time will tell in about 21 days

My pet chic eggs not coming till spring now.... Due to weather ... I was offered they'll double my order at no extra charge. Has anyone used my pet chix eggs before

Yeah maybe!! im trying not to jinx myself but i usually have very good experiences with the post office and my eggs are being shipped out tomorrow.... soo... at least they will be here friday the latest and not sitting in the post office over the weekend, and also i think its going to warm up in my area after tonight so they wont freeze!

Ron..were wanting photos of how DMRippy packs? I took some photos after I started to unpack. I would have at first, but didn't remember until I got a few out..I was excited to see how they felt..cold? Yes, they were cold. But hoping they didn't feel too cold. Here are some photos..First off, she has Styrofoam on top with this message on the top.

Has the Styrofoam all around the eggs..with peanuts in between them and the foam.
The eggs are right in the middle of it all.

I am holding them up..they are all stuck together because
of the type of bubble wrap she uses. I went slow, with a knife to cut them apart, then
scissors to cut the bubble wrap open.

And..there they are..none broken, or weepy. Hoping they aren't too cold. Will see in a
few days.


Rhodebars and I do believe a few Splash Marans.

Was going to say..I posted earlier that mine hadn't come yet..the P.O. called me later..saying, they came later. ?? They are crazy busy now, just glad they didn't stay in the sorting facility overnight.
