well I already have eggs coming in the mail but I'd be interested for sure! when were you wanting to ship them? for this hatch a long?

As of tomorrow after ten am i can start collecting for you. Or if you want a later date let me know like a week before you want me to mail them. Gives me a chance to check fertility. Also i need to check and see if i can maul without being npip certified or not. I'll write ya a pm by friday. I need to make sure i dont break laws and want to check on getting cetified.

I was hoping for 7 cochin bantam eggs, BUT to the rescue came Msladyhawke and I have a mix of bantam eggs.
And yes those are names on the eggs! My daughters have each claimed an egg, now lets just pray they turn into chicks!

Does anyone have any ideas on how to keep my eggs from breaking in the nesting box? I try to keep the shavings nice and thick but if I'm not careful the one hen will move all the shavings up the side of the nesting box. Then when she goes to lay an egg it breaks because it hits directly on the wood.

My DD was funny when she was unwrapping the shipped eggs yesterday, she was hugging each one of the eggs saying I love you.

Use straw and shavings. You could also put something soft on the bottom. How deep are your boxes
