just opened 10 of my clears......they were clears! the only growing they ever did was growing smellier!

I didn't open one of the clears bc I thought I may have saw something.....






so, now we have 15 eggs in the bator.....hopefully the 14 which may be growing well turn out!

Amen! The lack of eggs doesn't bother me as much as my seasonal mood issues do when it is so dark and cold out! And once we get past NYD, I am grumpy for two months...but at least I can be excited about the increase in light again. :/

Bring on the Easter hatch-a-long!!! Actually, if I end up with dozens of chickies that I was not anticipating, I may never need to hatch again.

I'm still 7 for 7 in the Brinsea 1 for 5 in the LG. I have a hard time tossing eggs once I put them in an incubator and all eggs are still in the LG hoping to see SOMEthing tomorrow..

Look what I found. Big enough to hold @ least 4 tuners,if i do it right.. Not sure if I want to wait and invest a little into an incu-kit Just like on the digital incubators like my Genesis Or do it cheaper and do the water heater thermostat,Could still make a small hatcher on the bottom,Score, its like x-mas,,WAI

I have a HARD time tossing eggs. especialy if they could've had the life option.

Hey all! I'm a few days late for a Day 7 candle.....had to wait to borrow my husband's crazy bright flashlight to candle those black copper eggs.
So after this I'm down to:
1 FBCM/Lemon Cuckoo Orpington cross
7 FBCM/Black tailed Buff Marans cross
8 FBCM
& 2 FBCMs that are a maybe......looks like they started, but may have fizzled out....no movement, but I'll wait till day 14 candle to pull them out of the 1588....unless they start stinking before then

have you had Japs before? I love mine! how many eggs do you have? I only had one thinking it was a silkie egg, bit turned out to be a jap!

what is the possibility of it hatching??? hahahahaah It did!
