Ok, you win, that is nasty! So sorry!
I had a frizzle Columbia that was a scary mom. Even I was afraid of her. With those already frizzled feathers and then she would huff up and charge. It was like, I'm outta here.My EE always tries to kill me. She explodes out of the coop every time I open the door. Psycho chicken. She's lucky she's inept at it.
Lots of protein and it doesn't kill your cats. Best thing is to put it out of your mind....
I made myself some breakfast burritos, picked up my fork, and sat down at the table to eat them. Noticed that some of the refried bean mixture was on the fork and went to lick it off...only to discover that a) my fork was still on the counter and b) the teenage nephew had opened up a can of cat food for the critters and left the fork sitting on the counter where mine was.

I grew up in Arkansas<< I know what you mean,, You just eat different up here,, More carbs,,Keep that blood thick,,,I go home every one in awhile Most the time around the Holiday.. I leave here and it like 30 below,, I get to southwest Arkansas and it a fricking heat wave..You can keep that! My blood's too thin for all that cold! I'm a stereotypical southerner, anything colder than 50 and I'm pretty sure I'm dying.
My sister and her husband live in Fairbanks and just opened a restaurant out on Chena Hot Springs Road a few months back. She is always texting or posting the temps up there...especially when ya'll are getting -30 and -40 degree weather. Last year or the year before it was -50 or -60...can't remember...and I told her to run outside and spit...to see if it froze before it hit the ground. It didn't. I was bummed. Thought that it would...I cannot imagine temperatures that cold.
