I don't think its diarrhea but its not solid either. Is this always a sign if illness. I have 6 chicks and its not all of them.

With coccidiosis it can be either watery poo, constant liquid poo, or bloody diarrhea. If you suspect they are too lethargic/acting cold/not eating or drinking well you may consider coccidiosis as a possibility- it is treatable. They usually become immune to the cocci after about 8 weeks but coccidiosis can still occur after that age.
So just keep a watch out for signs of illness.
