This has been most entertaining. Lovely birds, and I wish I had room somewhere in either of the 1502s right now, but alas. Oh woe is me... no room in the 'bator, and no room in the Inn...

But I will enjoy the feeding frenzy here...

I know... but there are some Sebright eggs in there (6 were showing veining yesterday!

) and I just set another 80 eggs this morning. Both incubators are full to the max. They sure are purty, though...

Tori, I heard someone say they stack there eggs. I can't do it because of how my incubator runs on a belt, but maybe you could squeeze some extras in.
(are there any issues shipping from the cont us to alaska, someone said there was to hawaii)

Quail trays yes... just last night I was trying to find chicken egg trays to stack, and even the Universal Trays that GQF sells specifically say "Not stackable in the 1502".

I have quail trays stacked as much as I can, and there's no room to squeeze more in without crushing them. It's ok... hubby was

Shipping to AK is like shipping to any of the lower 48 states. I think the deal with HI is that they have restrictions on incoming eggs/chicks... customs thing. But not here. Priority mail works great, as Mary found out.

Mary, they're on day 6... there's still time for more to kick in...

Hoppy, shipping from here to AK it took a lil longer (of course) , other than that, easy. I double boxed them (hubby went a lil crazy with the tape, haha) One egg was cracked...and I am still not knowing how that happened....hope more get their rears in gear lol and sorry for hijacking Hoppy!!

'til next year.

yes until next yr. I need to start hatching for local sales. I will however consider some trades because many people just want a pretty flock and I'm kind of limited in that area.
