"The yellow looks like brushing" what do you mean?
I wasn't sure but those "dark things" seemed like pulsating a little bit. But both aren't shaking like they used to, at least now.
The shaking at the start is them getting turned into hatching
After that they are still while they work on their internal pip then external pip
Could just be the picture and how the lighting is but the air cell end looks like yellow

One of my hens starts going broody! Should i put them under her if she gets truly broody tomorrow? Yellow means yolk?

I wouldn’t they are almost hatching
But maybe ask @Miss Lydia as she has broody ducks and may understand how they work better then I do
As for yellow no not the yolk just looks yellow not white in the air cell but maybe the lighting
Yolk should be at the other end abd behind the membrane not in the open air cell

Its probably the light. Ok but in case of incubator failing, would it be ok to put them under broody hen for the hatching?

My flashlight is too weak. I'll try to make a photo when mom comes back and i'll make photo with her phone. Actually the black part on the picture, on mine eggs is mostly so dark that i can't see anything except darkness. But i had an unfertilized egg and it was completely different, whole thing had a white to red gradiend kinda.
I got a 7$ candler on Amazon that is amazing. It’s and ultra bright led flashlight battery powered, with an attachment on the end that the egg fits into, and it is SO good at its job. Got it delivered next day.

Hen is just going broody I wouldn't if you had one that had been sitting a couple week that would be best.
Ok i'm just worried cuz my incubator isn't the best of them all and the temperature is manually controlled so there are slight rises and falls but if you say so, then i'll stick to it.

I'm just thinking from experience that it's best to put eggs under a broody after they have been sitting for a while especially if they are about to hatch.
