I love my lavs! The girls have been phenomenal layers this month. I think all the fresh from the garden produce has put them into high gear...our own organics: sweet corn, spinach, collards, various lettuces, chard, cherry and purple heirloom tomatoes, beet greens, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and cucumbers! Fat bottom girls indeed! They take after Mama!

Except, sadly my diet is based on chocolate.

Chocolate Chess Pie in 45 minutes! Woot!

As far as the pie...you really expect it to remain intact for a photo op? I may have to take a pic of my distended belly instead, and a plate full of crumbs!
