6 month roo?

We have a 6 month old (was sold to us as a americauna) guess Easter Egger. We assumed it was a roo because of his cape feathers seemed pointy. He’s always been kinda odd and a loner only would hang out with his “sister” and no one else. We had a more aggressive roo which we thought was keeping him in his place. His spur spots just look like the girls and He has not crowed yet either. We have getting eggs from our other girls (bo’s and one Easter egger) today we got two blue eggs instead of one, so we’re not sure if our girl laid two or if our roo is actually a girl.

This is a hen, the feather patterning is not male-type.
