6 week old Welsummer with bald spots

Hi All -

I have 6 chicks who will be turning 6 weeks this Wednesday. Our Welsummer seems to have some bald areas around her neck and upper shoulders where feathers are not coming in. It has been this way for at least 2 weeks if not more. Her skin looks red, but not inflamed or scabbed like she is being pecked at. Has anyone ever seen this? Should I just be patient and they will eventually come in?

Any advice or insight is much appreciated!!
