6 weeks old chick with neck problem (+pictures)

Hello to everyone!
Last week I realized that my baby chick had lost feathers on the one side of the neck. I thought that this was happening because of high temperatures the last few weeks but now I see a kind of ''dent'' on this side as well. Still drinking and eating normally but it is scratching it more often.





Any idea?
