despite what you may have heard, sweet potatoes are actually easy to grow.

Especially if you pick the right variety for your area, this is true. I grew garnets. NOT the right variety for an area with cold night and I still got some usable taters and some nice foliage. Next year I will be growing a cold region strain and I anticipate lots of taters

That part just boggles me to bits...

are they just stupid, don't realize it, or do they reckon they'll be able to eat all that money when the food becomes toxic and/or non-existent?

Now PK, stop trying to be wise. You know what happens when you do that. If our friend chooses to believe yet another intervention by the Fed has something to do with Revelation than let's just let him believe it. He's not alone. Besides, there are some truths to what he says, at least about the banks. They do have more power than they should when it comes to currencies.
