It looks like it will do a decent job, definitely should work better than my flashlight.

I've never incubated eggs before, and only set eggs under a broody once, but I'm going to join in and give it a shot.
Adjust it slowly and wait a couple of hours between adjustments.Now that I've moved the thermometers to the other side of the bator (no longer directly under heating element) I'm reading bator: 99.5 kestrel: 92.3 Incutherm: 91.5 fish: 89.0. I'm guessing I def need to turn it up a bit. I really wish the proper fan had arrived cause a 10 degree difference between sides of the bator is not good at all.
