For the first 14 days of storage, They should be in a cool room that has some humidity. Turning is recommended and it is easier to do if you tilt the eggs in an egg flat big end up.Remind me again about the egg storage. I know keep cool and tilt every so often. But more details please. Last year I was told tilting was not important.
Links to prior posts are fine as I tend to skip posts when the thread moves rapidly. Please tag or quote me though since I do have this skipping habit. I'm sure someone will come up with a fee for skipping soon.
After 14 days they do better if they are in cold storage--with the small end up. They do not need to be turned then. a bit of humidity would help so a mini fridge set ad 40 to 45 or a wine cooler would work best. Frost free refrigerators are not the best for them.
