Black to splash gets all blue!

That's a cute way to show the data! I have splash to blue and splash to splash eggs...I'm so hoping I get a mix of blue and splash out of my 3 eggs.

I'm still catching up. Congrats to everyone with pips, zips and chicks...I'm loving the photos. It's all quiet here, but I'm a day behind, so I'm trying very hard to stay calm.

We have a chick!!!

Still nothing. I don't think I've EVER stared at a bator this much before with ZERO progress. I know it's coming but jeeez!!

I had a broody do my hatch 6 out of 6 hatched but the one died,heres some pics , happy new years everyone..

I heard DH calling a few minutes ago and I said, "where ARE you!".. "In here!!" He says.

In the floor. Of the closet. With a flashlight shining in the bator.

"Why is your temp so low (98/99)?? And your humidity is dropping(58/59%).."

(LIKE I haven't laid eyes on the thing 20,000,000,000,000,000,000,001 times today).

"It's fine, I said. Temp is 99"

"Well it says 93 right now??"

"That's the one we look at for humidity. Mercury thermometer is at egg level."

"Oh."



I unplugged the turner in the bator next to him so he could hear the peeping. "Come out chickens," he says.

No. SERIOUSLY. COME OUT... (I say)

I'm telling you, the cheeping now is so loud it's as if something HAS to be pipped. But I can't see anything.. I'm wondering if it's one of the BLRW on their side and it's underneath?

The one that hatched last night was on the bottom. Quiet little stink, I thought it would just be pipped through the night, but no, it was fast, maybe yours will start zipping ...... any moment now.
