Thanks! Great news, I decided to take out the driest chicks-- four of them-- did like Ron said and did a quick mist and dropped a wet paper towel. Last I looked I can CLEARLY see the membrane moving where that one is breathing! Rate looks normal too. AND my humidity returned right back to where it was. Woohoo!!One of my chicks pipped low, around 11:30 last night. It just hatched a few hours ago.
I've read that when they pip low and not into the air cell, it takes longer for them to hatch. The external pip = an internal pip in this case.

all of my chicks hatched !!!!! AND I have a rainbow bunch a blue/silver one a black one a yellow one with a skunk stripe, a orangy yellow one and the last one a choclate yelly one!! the last one hatched EXACTLY 21 days and 15 minutes after I set them on the 11th at 12:15
