7 week old silkie, fine one minute..down the next HELP

Today, she is MUCH worse. She can not stand, she can not eat/drink. The 'spasms' seem to be spreading up through her neck. Her neck is twisting almost around 360 degrees and she is screaming when this happens. I have her wrapped in a soft tshirt and as long as she is quiet, she is ok. Any noise or activity brings on these spasms. Please, how do I end this poor things suffering before my son wakes up. There is no one here to do it for me....

My husband, when he was 8, drowned. His mom and sister found and revived him. He says, drowning is easy and painless. I can't figure out a way to cervically dislocate since her head is so twisted and pulled into the body. I need some help here....

Gosh - so sorry!!

That makes it sound neurological - like siezures or something.
If you have a sharp ax or big butchering knife (since she's so small), I would probably put her down. Put a sock over her head to calm her down (and it would help you guys too most likely). That is fastest - literally 2 seconds. Some have even used heavy duty shears, but make sure you have sharpened them really well so its clean.

Thanks everyone for your kind words and advise. My husband took care of it in his way and we buried her up with our beloved akitas who have passed on.

It was a tough decision but after all avenues of ways to help her were exhausted, it was the only humane choice left.
