Right now the plan is yes! They are still in my house which is very interesting 🤣 They are part Japanese bantam so they are very small. We have 9 in an outdoor coop...3 roosters there 🤦🏼‍♀️ Can I keep 2 separate groups in 2 coops? I control free range and have an enclosed run attached to coop!

I originally thought this was only boy after checking vents day 1, but I’m a total beginner. Not this one has not crowed yet!

I keep my hens and roosters separate, one group in each of my two coops. It's worked pretty well for me so far, aside from a bit of normal rooster quarrels. You have some lovely boys there!

Thank you!!! We love them and they are completely attached to us❤️
Oooh! Separate the boys!! I have two big bullies that I put out alone, sometimes! I never thought of completely separating them!! That’s a great idea!

Thanks! I feel like it's a bit of a growing trend to have a "bachelor pad" for roos.
