Yes, I do deliver this oration in a LOUD clear voice so that all in the vicinity are sure to hear it. I have one other phrase that is reserved for elected officials who have forgotten their place the grand scheme of things; "You were hired to do a job for us and it's a temp' job at that." It never hurts to remind them that the ballot box is looming.
