Aren't they BEAUTIFUL??
I'm not sure what breed they are because all of my SIL Ducks where laying in the same nest. She said they could be Pekin, khaki Campbell, Rouen, or buff duck? They are slightly dirty I read not to wash them so I wiped them down best I could dry. I could be doing this all wrong lol but I hope they all hatch edited to add this picture was taken right as I put them in.
Hey I'm right there with ya!
Duck egg pictures? I have 2 Ancona eggs at 14 days. I just candles them and man are they wiggling around in there
My incubator has a blue light so everything is blue...yaba di yaba a di...lol (it's from the song)!
Make sure the egg turned keeps working. Duck eggs are heavy and can cause extra stress on the mechanism.
To be safe, incubate in the 45to 50% range. I cannot wait to see them hatch!
Fantastic! Mystery Ducks!
Keep up the good work on them.
They will be so nice to see hatch!
come on!!! certainly you can do better than that!!!
