LOL. I've won the 1st Chick on NYD twice now.... And realized when bragging to folks that I have no life if I'm sitting at home on New Year's Eve waiting for eggs to crack. (Well, no life outside of BYC. Thanks, my friends!) Popped the champagne anyway.
This year I'm not hatching (coop's full!), but wish y'all the best of hatches. If I'm lucky I may still be awake at midnight....

I've missed a couple of New Year's Eve parties due to hatching. Friends who are not into chickens just don't understand the thrill of the hatch. (Yes, it is addicting)

Anyway, hopefully I'm still on somebody's invitation list this year. Otherwise I'll be sitting along with y'all but with an empty incubator.
