That is a real possibility--the temperature of the room plays a big part in the ability of the incubator to keep a constant temperature.It's a Styrofoam hova bator forced air with electronic thermostat (I forget model number lol). It's usually good on its own but I tend to run it a bit warm already. The temp in the room has gotten a bit chilly so I think it may have over compensated a tad with warming back up...maybe? Sounds good anyway lol. Temps are under control though and since it's officially day 7, I'm candling later![]()
Brinsea sent me an email add today for their cabinet incubators. The new ones have a sensor for the temperature of the room and if it gets too hot or cold in the room, an alarm will go off.
