8.5 week old cipher- Backyard mix

This one has stayed red in the face for weeks, but is impossible to catch, so I couldn't ask earlier. As time goes on, I'm more confused as to what gender it is. Especially with the darkening (black) on it's comb.

Middle tail feathers are just starting to come in- red

Hatchmates- I think I have a girl, unknown, and a boy in this picture.

I’d say it’s a pullet but I’m not 100% sure

Looks like a pullet to me, too. I have few young pullets that have very red faces, too. The comb/wattles on yours are small.

Color me dumbfounded. Since this little one was 3 weeks, I was sure it was a boy. But the comb and wattles haven't grown at all. It is VERY skittish. And it's tail feathers are only grown in on the sides really, but I haven't heard any crowing yet.
