8.5 Week Old Leghorn - Gender?

Hello everyone,

I have two Leghorns that are now 8.5 weeks old. One has a bigger comb than the other, but they're the same size and act very similar. Is the one with the bigger comb a pullet or cockerel? Here are two photos. Thanks for any feedback!

The one in the front is definitely a cockerel.
