8 week old brahma roo?

He is starting to feather nicely now. We have two chicks that have all their feathers but this one and another chick are not as fast. Is it a rooster?

It looks like a cockerel and I love the lavender color! The slow feathering is often associated with cockerels too

We also have another one who is quite slow with feathering, so i think that means two roosters! We don't know how he got that color, when we got the chicks we were told they were from lemon pyle and white- black columbia parents, so i think something got mixed up but i really do love his color as well! It looks quite unique.

I'm new to keeping chickens so i really don't know i must say it's quite hard to guess wich are pullets and wich are cockerels. I need every help i can get!

Yes it is! He is very sweet and i can't wait to see how he looks when he is older.
