8 week old silkie is tilting head and turn it upside down when picked up

This silkie was vaccinated for markens but I'm worried about him I just noticed today and as I pick him up he closes his eyes I don't know what's wrong with him, also instead of poop he's just pooping clear water please help

It sounds like it may be Wry Neck, this can be caused by a Vitamin E deficiency, illness or injury.
You can try treating with Vitamin E and Selenium to see if it helps.

He may be having trouble eating, so offer some wet chick starter and scrambled/hard boiled egg, make sure he is staying hydrated.
You may need to help him eat, I'll post a video, if that doesn't help then you may need to tube feed him (both links below).
