Final update: we took her to an avian vet to be euthanized. The others had abused her so much that she was emiciated and had a hemorrhage in her eye. Very sad. On the plus side, we now know an avian vet. Thanks everyone for your help.

So sorry the little Stripey died. Sorry for your loss. I'm sure it was difficult to watch the other mistreat her.
