Saturated fat is not the evil that it is portrayed to be. We eat lots of it, in 3 main forms. coconut oil, real lard and raw butter. Just like people did prior to the fake fats and other processed foods that do cause issues.
Dietary cholesterol has no bearing on blood cholesterol. If you have high levels, then do not try to reduce them. Look instead at how your endocrine system is working. Your hormone levels, etc.
It is our first aid department, and when inflmation occurs, it raises its levels and tries very hard to fix the problem.
If you continue to eat processed oils and refined foods, cholesterol will always be on alert and hard at work
We no longer have icky grease build ups in our kitchen as a result of using only the real stuff. Same principle applies to our insides.
